Can I live in my house after I sell?

One of the most common questions we get from homeowners looking to sell their house is if they can continue living in their house. The short answer is YES! In most cases we can arrange possession after close. We’ve worked with sellers to stay in the house for between 1 week and 3 months. Every situation is unique and we’re here to make sure we’re helping in any way we can.

In specific cases, we can also offer to purchase your house and sell it back to you on Land Contract or with Seller Financing. This is great if you have a balloon payment coming up, or a foreclosure threatening to force you out of your home. First and foremost we would love to be able to help you out instead of letting the bank win.

If you’d like us to take a look at your situation, please fill out the form and we’ll get in touch as soon as possible with a solution! We buy all over West Michigan, including Kalamazoo, Portage, Lansing, Grand Rapids, and the Lakeshore.
